A type of "functional fitness," the TRX program gives participants the opportunity to exercise the way they move in life and is often considered safer and more beneficial than traditional weight training. Classes are taught by Chad Young, who is certified as a TRX® Suspension trainer. Space available on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations are required. Call 970-479-2292.
